Soul Swim centers our practice on self-love. Through strategic engagement and play, we help children work on their mind, body and soul. In today’s world, children encounter stress, bullying, body-image pressures, and so much more. Our goal is to teach them how to reduce their anxiety, manage their focus, and love themselves.
We identify critical areas where a child needs further development. We start with basic self-care principles such as stretching, breathing and toning and move into advanced practices including postures and meditation. Students are equipped with the necessary tools to listen to their bodies’ unique needs and how to move intentionally.
